吸收式大温差换热机组在供热系统中的应用

摘要 在阐述吸收式大温差换热机基本原理和参数的基础上,对大型吸收换热机组运行过程中的供回水温度、流量以及供热效果开展全方位的统计分析。经过一系列的统计分析发现,通过在热力站安装大型吸收式换热机组来提高供热差数值,提升二次侧供热质量。根据一系列的分析提出了大型吸收式换热机组改造和运行过程中问题的整改措施。 Based on the basic principle and parameters of absorption heat exchanger with large temperature difference,this paper makes an all-round statistical analysis on the supply and return water temperature,flow and heating effect during the operation of large absorption heat exchanger.After a series of statistical analysis,it is found that by installing large absorption heat exchange units in the thermal power station,the heating difference value and the secondary side heating quality can be improved.According to a series of analysis,this paper puts forward the rectification measures for the problems in the transformation and operation of large absorption heat exchange unit.
