“双碳”目标下能源电力绿色发展路径及关键技术研究 被引量:1

摘要 在“碳达峰碳中和”目标的背景下,对能源开发利用和绿色电力产业的发展产生了非常深远的影响。企业能源和电力向绿色、低碳、生态能源保护的转变已成为主流趋势,能源形势不能逆转。绿色能源是基于绿色关键技术开发能源动力绿色建筑系统的设计思想。通过对绿色电厂、绿色电力互联智能网、绿色能源和低碳消费的阐述,以及能源和电力绿色建设体系中能源和电力绿色能源建设体系的评价,确认能源电力绿色低碳建设体系具有高效、低碳、低污染、节能和低碳生态节能、节能、环境保护的优势,低碳生态能源具有保护资源和环境的特点。低碳能源和电力属于绿色能源的概念,属于电力绿色能源的关键技术建设体系。围绕碳减少排放这一主题,分析了其实施路径、能源和电力绿色发展的关键技术以及实施过程中的难点,以期为开发与利用提供一个新的、详细的总体思路;实现“双碳”目标,转变绿色、低碳、生态能源,保护企业能源和电力。 Under the background of the goal of“carbon peak and carbon neutral”,the scheme has a very farreaching impact on the development and utilization of energy and the development of green power industry.The transformation of enterprise energy and electricity to green,low-carbon and ecological energy protection has become the mainstream trend,and the energy situation cannot be reversed.Green energy and energy power green energy building system is the design idea of developing energy power green building system based on green key technology.Through the evaluation of low-carbon energy,low-carbon energy and green power grid construction,the advantages of low-carbon energy,low-carbon energy conservation,low-carbon energy conservation and green power grid construction are confirmed.Low carbon energy and electric power belong to the concept of green energy and the key technology construction system of electric green energy.Focusing on the theme of carbon emission reduction,this paper analyzes its implementation path,the key technologies of green development of energy and power and the difficulties in the implementation process,in order to provide a new and detailed overall idea for development and utilization;DD.achieve the“double carbon”goal,transform green,low-carbon and ecological energy,and protect enterprise energy and electricity.
