摘要 介绍了某热电公司发电机定子冷却水配水、补水及回收方式的优化改进情况。通过对发电机定子冷却水配水、补水及回收方式的优化,既保证了发电机定子冷却水水质在合格范围内,又实现补充的定子冷却水100%回收利用,彻底消除了原有树脂的消耗,降低了设备维护人员及运行人员的劳动强度,节约了生产成本。 This paper introduces the optimization and improvement of generator stator cooling water distribution,make-up and recovery methods in a thermal power company.Through the optimization of water distribution,make-up and recovery methods of generator stator cooling water,it not only ensures that the quality of generator stator cooling water is within the qualified range,but also realizes the 100%recycling of supplementary stator cooling water,completely eliminates the consumption of original resin,greatly reduces the labor intensity of equipment maintenance personnel and operators,and saves the production cost.
