摘要
风电变流器预防性维护检测技术的应用,对风电变流器检测来讲是技术性的创新。通过对风电变流器预防性维护检测技术应用背景的了解,发现风电变流器器件老化、故障率高一直困扰着风电变流器的运行。对风电变流器劣化因素进行分析,梳理好风电变流器预防性维护检测思路,以超声波检测技术为中心,制定系统完善的风电变流器预防性维护检测计划,提高风电变流器维护检测水平。
The application of wind power converter preventive maintenance detection technology is a technical innovation for wind power converter detection.Through the understanding of the application background of wind power converter preventive maintenance detection technology,it is found that the aging of wind power converter devices and high failure rate have always plagued the operation of wind power converters.Immediately analyze the deterioration factors of wind power converters,sort out the preventive maintenance and detection ideas of wind power converters,and formulate a comprehensive wind power converter preventive maintenance test plan with ultrasonic testing technology as the center,so as to improve the maintenance of wind power converters.detection level.
