Optimization Measures for Slag Blocking Operation of Slag Cooler of Circulating Fluidized Bed Boiler

冷渣器是循环流化床锅炉必不可少的设备,冷渣器是保证循环流化床锅炉安全、高效运行的一个关键设备。若循环流化床锅炉冷渣器发生堵塞,会破坏循环流化床锅炉稳定燃烧,严重情况甚至会引起床压过高,流化不良,锅炉结焦,锅炉被迫停运。文章针对循环流化床锅炉冷渣器运行中堵塞异常现象进行分析和研究,并提出相应的运行技术优化以及处理堵塞的相关措施。

The slag cooler of circulating fluidized bed boiler is an essential equipment.The slag cooler is a key equipment to ensure the safe and efficient operation of circulating fluidized bed boiler.If the slag cooler of the circulating fluidized bed boiler is blocked,it will destroy the stable combustion of the circulating fluidized bed boiler,and even cause excessive bed pressure,poor fluidization,coking and forced shutdown of the boiler.Therefore,this paper mainly analyzes and studies the abnormal blockage phenomenon in the operation of circulating fluidized bed boiler slag cooler,and makes the corresponding operation technology optimization and relevant measures to deal with the blockage.
