基于风险控制理论与风险评估的电力安全管理对策研究

摘要 在我国电力网络系统建设规模不断扩大的背景下,电力生产能力不断提升、电力网络覆盖范围不断扩大,同时对于电力安全管理工作提出许多新的要求。为了保障电力系统运行及电力工程建设安全性,满足社会发展对电力供给的需求,必须做好电力安全管理工作,从风险控制与风险评估的角度,明确当前电力管理中存在的风险因素。因此,对基于风险控制理论与风险评估的电力安全管理方面进行深入地研究与分析,并提出一些意见和措施,旨在进一步提高我国电力安全管理工作水平。 Under the background of the continuous expansion of the construction scale of China’s power network system,the power production capacity is continuously improved and the coverage of power network is continuously expanded.At the same time,many new requirements are put forward for power security management.In order to evaluate and control the existing risks in the power system construction and operation,it is necessary to make clear the existing risks in the power system construction from the perspective of power supply safety management.Therefore,this paper will conduct in-depth research and Analysis on power safety management based on risk control theory and risk assessment,and put forward some reasonable opinions and measures in order to further improve the level of power safety management in China.
