摘要
光伏并网逆变器匹配宽工作范围,能够适用于薄膜太阳能、多晶硅和单晶硅电池板,采用两级式拓扑结构,前级采用Boost升压斩波器,通过交错并联控制技术,延长逆变器稳定运行时间,并能精确跟踪最大功率点。后级采用全桥逆变电路,采用基于PIR控制的电流环,有效抑制工频变压器的直流偏磁。仿真结果验证了控制策略的有效性,实验测试数据证明了逆变器的可靠性能。
The photovoltaic grid-connected inverter has a wide working range and can be applied to thin-film solar,polysilicon and monocrystalline silicon panels.It adopts a two-stage topology,and the front stage adopts a Boost boost chopper.Through the interleaved parallel control technology,Extend the inverter stable operation time and accurately track the maximum power point.The rear stage adopts a full-bridge inverter circuit and a current loop based on PIR control to effectively suppress the DC bias of the power frequency transformer.The simulation results verify the effectiveness of the control strategy.The experimental test data proves the reliable performance of the inverter.
