分簇射孔安全释放技术的探索与应用

摘要 分簇射孔与桥塞联作施工中,常因井筒内砂卡、套变、桥塞未脱手等原因导致射孔枪串卡井,采取上提解卡措施,易发生拉断电缆事故。分簇射孔安全释放技术利用电控热熔原理,实现电缆与枪串的可靠、可控脱手。当射孔枪串遇卡,以一定上提力反复解卡无效时,通过地面电源给安全释放装置供电,60 s后保护器熔断,锁紧钩从上壳体中抽出,电缆带动鱼雷筒、鱼雷、连接杆及锁紧钩从打捞头中整体抽出。后续只需用油管下入Φ73 mm捞筒一次打捞出射孔枪串。该技术可减少事故处理周期和费用,降低井控风险。
