摘要
在装备试验评估中,效能评估方案的建立是对性能鉴定综合性评估。不同的评估任务,需要构建不同的评估指标体系,所用到的评估算法也有所不同,对效能评估系统的可重用性、扩展性提出了迫切的需求。文章设计并实现了一种面向任务的效能评估系统,可按需灵活配置评估指标的模型计算方法、评估指标的归一化方法,提供专家打分、层次分析法和综合法三种权重配置算法,可满足不同任务场景的效能评估需求,极大提高了效能评估方案的设计效率。同时该系统在实际的应用场景中证明了其优良的可扩展性、灵活性和通用性。
In the equipment test evaluation,the establishment of the effectiveness evaluation plan is a comprehensive evaluation of the performance appraisal.Different evaluation tasks need to build different evaluation index systems,and the evaluation algorithms used are also different,which puts forward an urgent demand for the reusability and scalability of the effectiveness evaluation system.The article designs and implements a task-oriented effectiveness evaluation system,which can flexibly configure the model calculation method of the evaluation index and the normalization method of the evaluation index as needed,and provide three weight allocation algorithms of expert scoring,analytic hierarchy process and comprehensive method.It can meet the efficiency evaluation requirements of different task scenarios and greatly improve the design efficiency of the efficiency evaluation program.At the same time,the system has proved its excellent scalability,flexibility and versatility in actual application scenarios.
