摘要
独脚金内酯(strigolactone,SL)是类胡萝卜素衍生的小信号分子,被鉴定为一种新型植物激素,在调控植物地上和地下部构型及环境适应性的多个方面具有重要作用。SL如何发挥生物学功能以及如何与其它激素发挥协同或拮抗作用是植物领域的重要科学问题。本文就SL的合成、信号转导和在非生物胁迫中的作用进行综述,并进一步对SL与其它植物激素间的交互关系及其机理进行阐述,最后对SL在农业可持续发展中的潜在应用价值和未来可能的研究方向进行总结和展望。
Strigolactone(SL)is a small signal molecule derived from carotenoids and has been identified as a novel plant hormone,which plays important roles in regulating many aspects of aboveground and underground plant architecture and environmental adaptation.In the field of plant research,it is important to unravel the scientific question that how SL performs its biological functions and interacts with other hormones.In this paper,the synthesis,signal transduction and roles of SL in abiotic stresses were reviewed,and the mechanisms underlying the interaction between SL and other plant hormones were further described.Whereafter,the potential application value and future research direction of SL in agricultural sustainable development were summarized and prospected.
