苗药弩药方最佳配伍筛选研究

Research on Optimal Compatibility of Crossbow Prescription of Miao Medicine

目的筛选苗药弩药方最佳配伍组成。方法利用均匀设计法得到不同配伍弩药11组,将11组弩药用1200 mL 50%乙醇浸泡,浸泡30 d;结合小鼠醋酸扭体实验、小鼠热板法实验、鸡蛋清致炎实验、二甲苯致耳肿胀实验对11组弩药方进行筛选。结果筛选的苗药弩药方最佳配伍为川乌40 g,八角枫30 g,天南星40 g,三分三20 g,雪上一枝蒿20 g,半截烂40 g,透骨香100 g。结论采用均匀设计结合经典镇痛抗炎试验对弩药方进行筛选,为苗药弩药方的后续研究奠定基础。

Objective To screen the optimal composition of Miao medicine crossbow prescription.Methods 11 crossbows with different combinations of crossbows were obtained by using uniform design method.The 11 crossbows were soaked with 1200 mL 50%ethanol for 30 d.11 crossbow prescriptions were screened by combining acetic acid writhing in mice,hot plate in mice,egg white causing inflammation,and xylene causing ear swelling in mice.Results The best prescriptions of miao medicine crossbow were 40 g Chuanwu,30 g octagonal maple,40 g Tiannanxing,20 g Sanfensan,20 g artemisia sphaerea on snow,40 g half-rotten and 100 g penetrating incense.Conclusion Uniform design combined with classical analgesic and anti-inflammatory tests was used to screen crossbow prescription,which laid a foundation for the follow-up research of crossbow prescription.
