人性化护理在颅内动脉瘤血管内栓塞治疗围手术期的效果观察

Effect of Humanized Nursing in the Treatment of Intracranial Aneurysm with Endovascular Embolization

目的探究人性化护理在颅内动脉瘤血管内栓塞治疗围手术期的效果。方法随机选取我院在2018年3月至2019年6月收治的颅内动脉瘤患者80例纳入研究,按照住院号单双数将之分为两组,每组40例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予人性化护理,对比两组患者的并发症发生率、生命体征指标。结果相较于对照组,观察组在术前30 min及术后12 h的心率、呼吸频率、收缩压、舒张压都明显更低(P<0.05);相较于术后对照组的并发症的总发生率20.00%,观察组术后并发症的总发生率7.50%明显更低(P<0.05);相较于对照组,观察组在术后的生活质量评分都明显更高(P<0.05)。结论颅内动脉瘤血管内栓塞治疗围手术期给予人性化护理可以保持患者的生命体征平稳,并降低其术后并发症的总发生率,效果显著,可以有效改善患者的临床预后,改善其术后的生活质量,更有利于患者的疾病康复。

Objective To explore the effect of humanized nursing on the treatment of intracranial aneurysm by endovascular embolization.Methods A total of 80 patients with intracranial aneurysm admitted in our hospital from March 2018 to June 2019 were randomly selected for the study.According to the single and double number of hospitalization number,they were divided into two groups,40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,the observation group was given humanized nursing,and the complication rate and vital signs of the two groups was compared.Results Compared with the control group,the heart rate,respiratory rate,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the observation group were significantly lower 30 min before surgery and 12 h after surgery(P<0.05).Compared with the total incidence of complications in the control group(20.00%),the total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group(7.50%)was significantly lower(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the scores of postoperative quality of life in the observation group were significantly higher(P<0.05).Conclusion Perioperative humanized nursing for intracranial aneurysm endovascular embolization treatment can keep patients'vital signs stable,and reduce the total incidence of postoperative complications,with significant effects,which can effectively improve the clinical prognosis of patients,improve their postoperative quality of life,and more conducive to the disease rehabilitation of patients.
