舒适护理在玻璃体切除术治疗复杂性视网膜脱离患者围手术期护理中的应用效果

Application Effect of Comfort Care in Vitrectomy for the Treatment of Complex Perioperative Care of Retinal Detachment

目的针对患有复杂性视网膜脱离患者在玻璃体切除术治疗期间采用舒适护理围手术期护理效果进行分析。方法选取本院2019年11月至2020年11月接受复杂性视网膜脱离治疗的患者86例,采用计算机随机选号法将上述患者平均分为43例,并列为对照组和观察组,对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组在玻璃体切除术治疗期间采用舒适护理围手术期护理。对比两组患者护理后依从度评分、护理前后焦虑、抑郁程度以及并发症发生率、疼痛程度、通过3个月护理后患者裸眼视力、角膜散光度以及生活质量改善情况。结果观察组患者护理前的依从度评分(61.23±3.44)分,对照组患者护理前的依从度评分(60.94±3.65)分,差异无统计学意义,P>0.05;对照组患者护理后依从度评分(91.34±2.76)分,对照组患者护理后依从度评分(82.45±3.56),差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。在干预前,两组患者在焦虑、抑郁评分比较无统计学差异,P>0.05,在干预后观察组焦虑、抑郁评分均明显优于对照组,P<0.05。观察组各类并发症的发生率均明显低于对照组,P<0.05。观察组疼痛评分低于对照组,P<0.05。观察组护理后3个月后患者裸眼视力明显优于对照组,P<0.05。观察组患者角膜散光度纠正情况明显优于对照组,P<0.05。观察组患者护理前生活质量与对照组差异无统计学意义,P>0.05;护理后观察组患者生活质量与明显优于对照组,P<0.05。结论针对患有复杂性视网膜脱离的患者在玻璃体切除术治疗期间采用舒适护理围手术期护理效果明显优于常规护理,能有效改善患者术后疼痛程度及负性心理情绪,降低术后并发症发病率,提高患者对医护人员的信任度。

Objective To analyze the perioperative nursing effect of comfort nursing in patients with complex retinal detachment during vitrectomy.Methods A total of 86 patients with complex retinal detachment treated in our hospital from November 2019 to November 2020 were selected.The above patients were evenly divided into 43 cases by computer random number selection method and divided into control group and observation group.The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was treated with comfortable nursing during vitrectomy and perioperative nursing.The post nursing compliance score,the degree of anxiety and depression before and after nursing,the incidence of complications,the degree of pain,and the improvement of naked eye vision,corneal astigmatism and quality of life after three months of nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The compliance score of the observation group before nursing was(61.23±3.44),and the compliance score of the control group before nursing was(60.94±3.65),the difference was no statistically significant,P>0.05;the compliance score of the control group after nursing(91.34±2.76)points,the control group patients'post-nursing compliance score(82.45±3.56),the difference was statistically significant,P<0.05.Before the intervention,there was no significant difference in the scores of anxiety and depression between the two groups,P>0.05.After the intervention,the scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,P<0.05.The incidence of various complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.The pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,P<0.05.The uncorrected visual acuity of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group 3 months after nursing,P<0.05.The correction of corneal astigmatism in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group,P<0.05.There was no significant difference in the quality of life of the observation group before nursing and the control group,P>0.05;after nursing,the quality of life of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion The perioperative nursing effect of comfort nursing for patients with complicated retinal detachment during vitrectomy is significantly better than that of routine nursing,which can effectively improve the degree of postoperative pain and negative psychological emotion,reduce the incidence rate of postoperative complications,and improve the patients'trust in medical staff.
