经阴道彩色多普勒超声诊断异位妊娠的临床价值

Clinical Value of Transvaginal Color Doppler Ultrasound in Diagnosis of Ectopic Pregnancy

目的针对异位妊娠,探究经阴道彩色多普勒超声诊断的临床价值。方法将我院2020年2月至2021年2月收治的103例患者作为研究对象,皆实施经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查与经腹部彩色多普勒超声检查,以病理结果作为研究参照标准,对比诊断效果。结果103例患者中,经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查共检出100例,误诊0例,漏诊3例,经腹部彩色多普勒超声检查共检出89例,误诊5例,漏诊9例,经阴道彩色多普勒超声的准确率(97.09%)较经腹部彩色多普勒超声(86.41%)更高,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经阴道彩色多普勒超声的明确诊断时长以及显示孕囊时长,较经腹部彩色多普勒超声均更短,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经阴道彩色多普勒超声的宫外包块、盆腔积液、卵黄囊以及假孕囊的影像检出情况,较经腹部彩色多普勒超声均更高,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经阴道彩色多普勒超声诊断异位妊娠的效果突出,其准确率与诊断效率高,并且影像信息准确,值得地方推广。

Objective To explore the clinical value of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.Methods One hundred and three cases of patients and who treated in our hospital from February 2020 to February 2021 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were implemented transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound and transabdominal color Doppler ultrasound.Then,the pathological results were used as the reference standard,and the diagnostic effect were compared.Results In 103 cases of patients,100 cases were detected by transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound,0 case was misdiagnosed and 3 cases were missed.89 cases were detected by transabdominal color Doppler ultrasound,5 cases were misdiagnosed and 9 cases were missed.The accuracy rate of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound(97.09%)was higher than that of transabdominal color Doppler ultrasound(86.41%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The length of definite diagnosis and gestational sac display of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound was shorter than that of transabdominal color Doppler ultrasound,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The detection rate of extrauterine mass,pelvic effusion,yolk sac and pseudogestational sac of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound was higher than that of transabdominal color Doppler ultrasound,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy are outstanding,its accuracy and diagnostic efficiency is high,and the image information is accurate.
