分娩方式和产程疼痛实施综合减痛分娩护理的效果

Effect of Comprehensive Pain Reducing Delivery Nursing in Delivery Mode and Labor Process Pain

目的分析综合减痛分娩护理对于分娩方式与产程疼痛所起到的效果。方法选择2019年1月至2021年12月接诊的分娩产妇120例作为观察对象,根据分娩产妇的入院顺序对其进行分组,其中60例接受常规分娩护理的产妇纳入对照组,剩余60例接受综合减痛分娩护理的产妇纳入研究组,对比两组的护理效果。结果研究组视觉模拟评分低于对照组,阴道分娩率、临床护理满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在分娩产妇护理工作中应用综合减痛分娩护理的效果明显,能够有效缓解产妇产程期间的疼痛偿付,提高临床阴道分娩率。

Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive pain relief delivery nursing on delivery mode and labor process pain.Methods A total of 120 cases of puerpera admitted from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected as the observation objects in this paper.According to the admission sequence of delivery women,they were divided into two groups.Among them,60 puerperae who received routine delivery nursing were included in the control group,and the remaining 60 puerperas who received comprehensive pain relief delivery nursing were included in the research group,and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The visual analog score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the vaginal delivery rate and clinical nursing satisfaction score were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comprehensive pain-relieving delivery nursing in the nursing work of puerperium has obvious effect,which can effectively relieve the pain compensation of puerperae during the labor process and improve the clinical vaginal delivery rate.
