优质护理在急性心肌梗死并发心律失常患者中的应用效果

Effect of High-quality Nursing in Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction Complicated by Arrhythmia

目的探究优质护理在急性心肌梗死并发心律失常患者中的应用效果。方法选取本院90例急性心肌梗死并发心律失常患者开展本次试验,纳入时间范围为2019年6月至2020年6月,采用随机分组的方式将其平均分为两组,各45例。其中实施常规护理干预者为对照组,实施优质护理干预者为观察组,对比两组患者的心功能指标以及护理满意度。结果观察组患者心功能指标优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者的护理满意度比较,观察组明显高于对照组(95.56%vs.75.56%)(P<0.05);观察组引流时间、尿管留置时间以及住院时间均比对照组更短(P<0.05);观察组患者在物质生活、躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能评分方面均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在急性心肌梗死并发心律失常患者护理中应用优质护理,能够进一步优化患者的心功能指标,提高患者对护理干预的满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of high-quality nursing in patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated by arrhythmia.Methods Ninety patients with acute myocardial infarction and arrhythmia in our hospital were included in this experiment.The included time range was from June 2019 to June 2020.They were randomly divided into two groups,with 45 cases in each group.Among them,the routine nursing intervention was the reference group,and the high-quality nursing intervention was the observation group.The cardiac function indicators and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The heart function indicators of the observation group who performed high-quality care were better than those of the reference group(P<0.05);and compared with the reference group(75.56%),the observation group had relatively higher nursing satisfaction(95.56%)was higher(P<0.05).The drainage time,urinary catheter retention time and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group in terms of material life,physical function,psychological function and social function(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing of patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated with arrhythmia,the application of high-quality nursing can further optimize the patient's cardiac function indexes and improve the patient's satisfaction with nursing intervention.
