摘要
目的分析双下肢气压泵对卧床患者减少下肢深静脉血栓的护理效果。方法入组本院2019年10月至2020年10月收治的卧床护理患者共38例,随机进行分组,对照组的患者给予常规护理,观察组的患者给予双下肢气压泵联合常规护理。比较两组患者护理前后下肢血液流变学指标(红细胞聚集指数、全血比黏度、血浆比黏度)、下肢深静脉血栓形成率。结果护理前,两组患者红细胞聚集指数、全血比黏度、血浆比黏度比较,差异无统计学意义,P>0.05,而护理后两组下肢血液流变学指标均显著降低,且观察组患者的红细胞聚集指数、全血比黏度、血浆比黏度低于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。观察组下肢深静脉血栓形成率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论双下肢气压泵联合常规护理对卧床患者的临床效果确切,可有效改善血液流变学情况,降低下肢深静脉血栓形成率。
Objective To analyze the nursing effect of double lower extremity pneumatic pumps in reducing deep vein thrombosis of lower extremities in bedridden patients.Methods A total of 38 bed-ridden nursing patients admitted from October 2019 to October 2020 were enrolled in this hospital.They were randomly divided into groups.Patients in the control group were given routine care,and the observation group was given both lower extremity air pumps and routine care.The blood rheology indexes(red blood cell aggregation index,whole blood specific viscosity,plasma specific viscosity)and deep vein thrombosis rate of the two groups of patients before and after nursing were compared.Results There was no significant difference in the red blood cell aggregation index,whole blood specific viscosity,and plasma specific viscosity of the two groups before nursing,P>0.05.After the nursing,the blood rheology indexes of the lower limbs of the two groups were significantly reduced,while the observation group red blood cell aggregation index,whole blood specific viscosity,and plasma specific viscosity were lower than those of the control group,with significant differences,P<0.05.The deep vein thrombosis rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion The double lower extremity pneumatic pump combined with routine nursing has a definite clinical effect on bedridden patients.It can effectively improve the blood rheology and reduce the rate of deep vein thrombosis in the lower extremities.
