分级护理管理对脑出血患者睡眠质量的影响

Effect of Grading Nursing Management on Sleep Quality of Patients with Cerebral Hemorrhage

目的通过对比简列数据,探究对脑出血患者提供分级护理管理对其睡眠质量的影响,并验证此项护理模式的有效性、安全性。方法选取北部战区总院2018年1月至2020年1月收治住院诊疗的脑出血患者为分析对象,在满足选择标准群体中抽取100例并用随机数字表法完成分组,分为两组,即对照组与观察组,各50例,对应给予常规脑出血睡眠护理、分级护理管理。比较两种护理模式下脑出血睡眠质量及对护理满意度。结果观察组患者的护理效果各项评分改善情况显著优于对照组患者的相关情况,护理后对两组患者用睡眠习惯问卷(ASHQ)评价,包括睡眠抵触、睡眠时长、潜伏期以及夜间醒来次数,观察组患者问卷所得数据均优于对照组患者(P<0.05);护理后对两组患者用睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)进行检测,包括入睡时间、睡眠效率、睡眠时间、白天功能,观察组患者检测所得数据均优于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论对脑出血患者住院期间提供精细化、针对性强的分级护理管理模式有助于改善其睡眠质量,其效果确切,并发症少。另外,其护理效果较为理想且安全性较高,可在提升护理质量的同时提升患者对生活的舒适体验,有利于构建和谐护患关系。

Objective To explore the impact of graded nursing management on sleep quality of patients with intracerebral hemorrhage,and to verify the effectiveness and safety of this nursing clinical treatment model.Methods Select the hospitalized patients with intracerebral hemorrhage treated in our hospital from 2018 to 2020 as the analysis object,select 100 cases from the group meeting the selection criteria,and complete the grouping by means of random number table.They are divided into two groups according to the number of people,the control group and the observation group.There are 50 cases in each group,which are given routine intracerebral hemorrhage sleep nursing and graded nursing management.To compare the sleep quality and nursing satisfaction evaluation of intracerebral hemorrhage under the two nursing modes.Results The improvement of each score of the nursing effect in the observation group was significantly better than that of the patients in the control group.After nursing,the patients in the two groups were evaluated by sleep habit questionnaire(ASHQ),and each dimension included sleep conflict,sleep duration,latency and waking times at night,the questionnaire data of patients in the observation group were superior(P<0.05).After nursing,the patients of the two groups were tested with sleep quality index(PSQI),and each dimension included sleep time,sleep efficiency,sleep time and daytime function.The data of the observation group were superior(P<0.05).Conclusion Providing fine and targeted graded nursing management mode for patients with intracerebral hemorrhage during hospitalization is helpful to improve their sleep quality,the effect is accurate and reduce complications.In addition,the nursing effect is ideal and the safety is high.It can improve the quality of nursing and the comfortable experience of patients.It is conducive to building a harmonious nurse-patient relationship.
