临床护理保护在呼吸内科护理管理中的应用效果

Effect of Clinical Nursing Protection in Nursing Management of Respiratory Medicine

目的探究临床护理保护在呼吸内科护理管理中的应用效果。方法选择我院呼吸内科自2019年1月至2019年12月在职的60名护理人员作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分成对照组和研究组,每组30名,对照组采用常规护理管理,研究组采用临床护理保护管理,对比两组的护理管理效果。结果管理前,两组职业保护相关理论知识掌握度评分、职业保护实践技能评分对比,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);管理后,研究组职业保护相关理论知识掌握度评分、职业保护实践技能评分显著高于对照组,职业伤害事件发生率显著低于对照组,护理管理工作的总满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在呼吸内科护理管理中对护理人员应用临床护理保护管理,不仅能有效提高其职业保护技能,还能切实降低其职业伤害事件发生率,从而有助于提高其对护理管理工作的满意度。

Objective To explore and analyze the effect of clinical nursing protection in nursing management of respiratory medicine.Methods Sixty nursing staff who worked in the Department of Respiratory Medicine of our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into a control group and a research group by using a random number table method,with 30 in each group.The control group was given routine nursing management,while the research group was given clinical nursing protection management.The nursing management effects of the two groups were compared.Results Comparison of occupational protection-related theoretical knowledge mastery scores and occupational protection practice skills scores.Before management,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).After management,the score of occupational protection-related theoretical knowledge mastery and occupational protection practice skills score of the research group were significantly higher than those of the control group,the incidence of occupational injury incidents was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the total satisfaction with nursing management was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of clinical nursing protection management to nursing staff in respiratory medicine nursing management can not only effectively improve their occupational protection skills,but also effectively reduce the incidence of occupational injury incidents,thereby helping to improve their satisfaction with nursing management.
