摘要 车辆在涉水过程中由于水溅入发动机机舱内部而导致熄火和部件损坏。为了在车辆设计阶段有效地解决该风险,基于流体体积函数(Volume of Fluid,VOF)方法追踪气液两相流动界面原理,在STAR-CCM+仿真软件中建立某SUV车型的涉水仿真模型,分析其在不同水位高度下的涉水过程,并对机舱内水的体积分数和飞溅高度进行监测,得出水流从进入机舱到稳定的相应结论,确定车辆涉水过程中的风险区域。在此基础上,对车身前部和发动机机舱内部结构提出了一套优化方案来提高车辆的涉水性能。 The vehicle might be stalled and damaged due to water splashing into the engine compartment during wading.Based on the volume of fluid(VOF)method,a wading performance model was established for a SUV in the STAR-CCM+simulation software to analyze its wading capability with different depths of water level.The volume fraction and splash height of water in the engine compartment were monitored,the conclusions were drawn during wading,and the risk areas in the process were determined.On this basis,a set of optimization strategies for the front part of the car body and the internal structure of the engine compartment were proposed to improve the wading performance.
