高职艺术设计专业工作室制人才培养模式研究

Research on the Training Mode of Studio Talents of Art Design Specialty in Higher Vocational Colleges

高职院校艺术设计专业构建工作室制人才培养模式,有利于优化教与学的关系,促进学生掌握专业知识和技能,增强学生的团队合作能力,也有利于建设专兼结合的教师团队。文章从以下几个方面研究高职院校艺术设计专业工作室制人才培养模式的构建路径:坚持以人为本,明确人才培养目标;优化工作任务,构建专业课程体系;以职业能力为导向,优化课程教学内容;坚持工学结合,优化工作室运行管理;加强项目教学,优化专业教学过程;做好多元协同,保证人才培养质量。

The construction of studio talent training mode for art design major in higher vocational colleges is conducive to optimizing the relationship between teaching and learning,promoting students to master professional knowledge and skills,enhancing students'team cooperation ability,and building a teacher team with the combination of full-time and part-time.This paper studies the construction path of the studio talent training mode of art design specialty in higher vocational colleges from the following aspects:adhere to people-oriented and clarify the talent training goal;optimize work tasks and build professional curriculum system;optimize the teaching content of the course under the guidance of professional ability;adhere to the combination of work and study and optimize the operation and management of the studio;strengthen project teaching and optimize professional teaching process;do a good job in diversified cooperation to ensure the quality of talent training.
