摘要
建设一支师德高尚、热爱儿童、业务精良、结构合理的幼儿教师队伍是提高学前教育质量的核心因素,也是幼儿身心健康发展的重要保障。研究以丽江市一区四县幼儿园教师为对象,对教师结构、教师专业度、教师资质、教师工资待遇、教师职业认同感、教育培训情况和专业能力发展规划等进行分析,并针对当前学前教育师资队伍建设中存在的问题提出解决对策,以期优化教师队伍,确保学前教育实效。
Building a team of preschool teachers with noble ethics,love for children,excellent business and reasonable structure is not only the core factor to improve the quality of preschool education,but also an important guarantee for the healthy development of children's body and mind.Taking kindergarten teachers in one district and four counties of Lijiang city as the object,this study analyzes the teacher structure,teacher professionalism,teacher qualification,teacher salary,teacher professional identity,education and training and professional ability development planning,and puts forward targeted countermeasures for the problems existing in the construction of preschool education teachers,in order to optimize the teachers and ensure the effectiveness of preschool education.
