超声与CA125联合检测在卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿诊断中的应用价值

Application value of combined detection of ultrasound and CA125 in the diagnosis of ovarian endometrioma

目的探讨卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿(OEC)诊断中超声与糖类抗原125(CA125)联合检测的应用价值。方法该研究纳入对象共计74例,均为B超检查卵巢囊肿包块疑似患者,且接受CA125检测,根据术后病理结果分为两组,包括OEC患者32例的观察组与其他非OEC卵巢良性囊肿患者42例的对照组,比较两组CA125水平,并将术后病理作为标准,判断超声、CA125检测及二者联合检测的价值。结果观察组CA125检出阳性率与CA125水平均高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);超声+CA125联合检测灵敏度、特异度、准确度均明显高于单一超声检查、单一CA125检测,差异显著(P<0.05);观察组内Ⅲ~Ⅳ期患者CA125水平明显高于Ⅰ~Ⅱ期,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声与CA125联合检测在OEC诊断中有不错的价值,可提高诊断准确度,值得应用。

Objective To explore the application value of combined detection of ultrasound and carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125) in the diagnosis of ovarian endometriotic cyst (OEC). Methods A total of 74 patients were included in this study, all of whom were suspected of ovarian cyst mass by B-ultrasound examination and received CA125 detection. According to postoperative pathological results, they were divided into two groups, including the observation group of 32 OEC patients and the other non-OEC ovarian cysts. For the control group of 42 benign cyst patients, the CA125 levels of the two groups were compared, and the postoperative pathology was used as the standard to judge the value of ultrasound, CA125 detection and the combined detection of the two. Results The positive rate of CA125 and CA125 level in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was significant (P<0.05). The difference was significant (P<0.05);the level of CA125 in patients with stage III-IV in the observation group was significantly higher than that in stage I-II, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The combined detection of ultrasound and CA125 has a good value in the diagnosis of OEC, which can improve the diagnostic accuracy and is worthy of application.
