心理学指导下亲情疏导对乳腺癌术后患者的心理影响

The influence of family counseling under the guidance of positive psychology on the stigma and mental flexibility of patients undergoing chemotherapy after breast cancer surgery

目的观察心理学指导下亲情疏导对乳腺癌术后化疗患者的心理影响。方法选择2018年7月~2021年7月我院收治的乳腺癌术后化疗患者104例,按随机数表法分为研究组(n=52)和对照组(n=52),对照组给予常规护理干预,研究组在其基础上给予心理学指导下亲情疏导。比较干预前及干预1个月后两组病耻感[社会影响量表(SIS)]、生活质量[乳腺癌生活质量量表(QLSBC)]和心理弹性[心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)]变化,比较干预1个月后两组毒副反应发生情况。结果干预1个月后,两组SIS评分均较干预前明显降低,且研究组较对照组降低更显著,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组QLSBC和CD-RISC评分均较干预前明显升高,且研究组较对照组升高更显著,组间差异有意义(P<0.05);研究组毒副反应发生率3,84%(2/52),对照组15.38%(8/52),差异有意义(P<0.05)。结论积极心理学指导下亲情疏导,可显著提高乳腺癌术后化疗患者心理弹性及生活质量,对促进患者预后康复有利。

Objective To observe the influence of family counseling under the guidance of positive psychology on the stigma and mental flexibility of breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy.Methods A total of 104 breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy in our hospital from July 2018 to July 2021 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into a study group(n=52)and a control group(n=52)according to the random number table.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the study group was given family counseling under the guidance of positive psychology on the basis of this,and compared the stigma[Social Impact Scale(SIS)]and quality of life[Breast cancer quality of life scale(QLSBC)]and psychological resilience[psychological resilience scale(CD-RISC)]changes,to compare the differences in the occurrence of side effects between the two groups of patients within 1 month of intervention.Results After 1 month of intervention,the SIS scores of the two groups of patients were significantly lower than those before the intervention,and at the same time,the study group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05);the QLSBC and CD-RISC scores of the two groups were both lower than those before the intervention At the same time,the study group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05);within 1 month of intervention,the incidence of side effects in the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Family counseling under the guidance of positive psychology can significantly improve the mental flexibility and quality of life of patients undergoing chemotherapy after breast cancer surgery,help reduce stigma,and promote the prognosis and recovery of patients.
