QCC在提高凶险性前置胎盘剖宫产术术中护理安全的应用

Application of quality control circle in improving nursing safety in cesarean section of pernicious placenta previa

目的探讨品管圈(QCC)在提高凶险性前置胎盘剖宫产术术中护理安全中的应用效果。方法选择2018年7月—2020年1月凶险性前置胎盘剖宫产术患者184例为对象,随机数字表法分为2组,各92例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组应用QCC改善后手术配合护理,比较2组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、术后卧床及住院时间、术中出血量、手术开台时间、手术医生满意度及术后并发症发生率。结果观察组术后卧床、住院时间、术中出血量、手术开台时间及VAS评分均短(低)于对照组(P<0.05);观察组产后出血、感染及弥散性血管内凝血总发发生率为2.17%,低于对照组的9.78%(P<0.05);观察组手术医生满意度为96.74%,高于对照组的76.09%(P<0.05)。结论QCC用于凶险性前置胎盘剖宫产术术中能提高护理安全性,缩短住院及手术时间,提高手术医生满意度,降低术后并发症发生率,值得推广。

Objective To explore the application effect of quality control circle(QCC)in improving the safety of nursing during dangerous placenta previa cesarean section.Methods A total of 184 patients with dangerous placenta previa caesarean section from July 2018 to January 2020 were selected as subjects,and they were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 92 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine cesarean section operation combined with routine intraoperative nursing safety observation,and the observation group was treated with QCC improved operation combined with nursing.Visual analog pain(VAS)score,postoperative bed rest,length of hospital stay,intraoperative blood loss,operation time,surgeon satisfaction and incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The postoperative bed rest,length of hospital stay,intraoperative blood loss,operation time and VAS score in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of postpartum hemorrhage,infection and disseminated intravascular coagulation in the observation group was 2.17%,which was lower than that in the control group(9.78%)(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the observation group was 96.74% higher than that of the control group(76.09%,P<0.05).Conclusion QCC can improve the safety of nursing,shorten hospitalization and operation time,improve the satisfaction of delivery doctors,without increasing the incidence of postoperative complications in caesarean section of dangerous placenta previa,which is worthy of promotion and application.
