摘要
目的探讨PBL带教模式在门诊实习护生带教中的应用效果。方法选取2018年7月—2020年4月在英德市人民医院门诊实习的护生46人为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组各23人,对照组采用传统带教模式带教,观察组采用PBL带教模式带教。在门诊实习结束前1~2 d统一进行出科理论考试及操作考核,采用自制问卷调查表评价护生对带教方法的满意程度。结果观察组理论成绩、操作成绩明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护生对带教的满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PBL带教模式不仅可以培养护生自主学习能力,巩固专业理论知识,提升综合思维,培养临床发现问题能力、分析问题能力、解决问题能力以及创新能力,提高临床护理教学质量,还能提升门诊实习护生带教满意度。
Objective Discuss the application effect of PBL teaching mode in the teaching of nurse trainees in outpatient department.Methods A total of 46 nursing students who were internships in the outpatient clinic of our hospital from July 2018 to April 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group with 23 students each.The control group was taught by the traditional teaching model,and the observation group was taught by the PBL teaching model.The theoretical examination and operation assessment of the department will be conducted 1-2 days before the end of the outpatient practice,and the self-made questionnaire will be used to evaluate the degree of satisfaction of the teaching method.Results The observation group's theoretical performance and operating performance were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the observation group's nursing students'satisfaction with teaching was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The PBL teaching model can not only cultivate nursing students'independent learning ability,consolidate their professional theoretical knowledge,enhance their comprehensive thinking,cultivate their clinical problem discovery,problem analysis,problem solving and innovation capabilities,and improve clinical nursing skills.The quality of teaching can also improve the satisfaction of the outpatient nursing students in teaching.
