摘要
基于认知-情感系统理论,探索了感知工作意义、情感承诺在企业社会责任与员工创新行为关系间的中介作用,并考察道德认同在其中的调节作用。通过对271份样本数据的实证分析,结果发现:企业社会责任正向影响员工创新行为;感知工作意义、情感承诺在企业社会责任与员工创新行为关系中起中介作用;道德认同正向调节了企业社会责任与员工创新行为间的正向关联。
Based on cognitive-affective system theory,this study explores the intermediary roles of perceived meaningfulness at work and affective commitment,and the regulatory role of moral identity between corporate social responsibility and employees’innovative behavior.the empirical analysis of 271 sample data indicated that corporate social responsibility has a positive effect on employees’innovative behavior.Perceived meaningfulness at work and affective commitment play a significant intermediary role in the relationship between corporate social responsibility and employees’innovative behavior and moral identity positively regulates the link between them.
