摘要
热熔木器涂料是湿固化聚氨酯(PUR)的新应用,为了获得一种低熔融黏度、快速表干的热熔木器涂料,采用无定形聚酯多元醇(Dynacoll7150)、结晶型聚酯多元醇(PBA3000、PHA3500)与六亚甲基二异氰酸酯(HDI)合成了一系列PUR热熔涂料。并对PUR热熔涂料的分子结构、熔融黏度、表干时间、热性能、漆膜性能及机械性能进行了测试与表征。结果表明:该系列样品显示湿固化行为,当R值为1.8,Dynacoll7150质量分数为20%时,通过调控PBA3000与PHA3500的比例,表干时间可在20~30 s之间调整,130℃熔融黏度可在6 Pa·s左右,漆膜综合性能良好,可作为木器涂料使用。
Hot-melt wood coatings were a new application of moisture-curing polyurethane(PUR).In order to obtain a kind of low melt viscosity and fast surface drying hot melt wood coatings,a series of PUR hot-melt coatings were synthesized by using amorphous polyester polyol(Dynacoll7150),crystalline polyester polyol(PBA3000,PHA3500),and hexamethylene diisocyanate(HDI).The molecular structures,melt viscosity,surface drying time,thermal properties,film properties and mechanical properties of PUR hot-melt coatings were tested.The results showed that the samples owned moisture curing behavior.When the R value was 1.8 and the mass fraction of Dynacoll 7150 was 20%,the surface drying time could be adjusted from 20 s to 30 s by changing the ratio of PBA3000 and PHA3500 mass fraction.The melt viscosity at 130℃was about 6 Pa·s.And they could be used as wood lacquer with excellent mechanical film properties.
