考试数字化的实质是将全新的计算技术应用于考试全过程,形成全面数字化形态的考试体系,使考试由孤立的信息处理转变为过程性服务。数字化将改变考试的决策组织体系,促进能力认知技术进入新境界,提升考试的社会价值。考试数字化转型面临诸多挑战,其中转变认知和思维方式、创新理论研究和技术实现、突破考试系统自身的信息载体羁绊是需要解决的关键问题。

The essence of examination digitalization is to apply new computing technology to the whole process of examination,form a comprehensive digital examination system,and change the examination from isolated information processing to process service.Digitalization will change the decision-making and organization system of examination,promote cognitive technology into a new realm,and enhance the social value of examinations.The digital transformation of examination faces many challenges.The key problems include changing the mode of cognition and thinking,innovating the theoretical research and technological realization,and breaking through the information carrier fetters of the examination system itself.
