VEGF、c-Met在结直肠腺癌中的表达及与临床病理特征的关系

Expression of VEGF and c-Met in colorectal adenocarcinoma and their correlation with clinicopathological characteristics of patients

目的 研究血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、间质表皮转化因子(c-Met)蛋白在结直肠腺癌中的表达及其与患者临床病理特征的关系及表达的相关性。方法 应用免疫组织化学SP法检测195例人结直肠腺癌组织中VEGF和c-Met的蛋白表达,分析两者与临床病理特征的关系及两者表达的相关性。结果 VEGF和c-Met在结直肠腺癌中的表达率分别为57.4%和64.6%;VEGF和c-Met蛋白表达在淋巴结转移阳性组较阴性组明显增强,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),而与患者性别、年龄、肿瘤部位、肿瘤直径、分化程度、浸润深度无关(P>0.05);VEGF和c-Met两者蛋白表达有显著相关性(C=0.204,P<0.01)。结论 结直肠腺癌中VEGF和c-Met的高表达在淋巴结转移中可能发挥了重要的作用。两者蛋白表达呈正相关,提示两者之间有协同作用,VEGF及c-Met可作为判断结直肠腺癌生物学行为的指标。

Objective To investigate the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) and c-Mesenchymal-epithelial transition factor(c-Met) protein in colorectal adenocarcinoma and their relationship with patient clinicopathological features and expression. Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expressions of VEGF and c-Met in 195 cases of colorectal adenocarcinoma, and the relationship between VEGF and c-Met and clinicopathological features and the correlation between their expressions were analyzed. Results The positive expression rates of VEGF and c-Met in colorectal adenocarcinoma were 57.4% and 64.6%, respectively. Protein expressions of VEGF and c-Met in lymph node metastasis positive group were significantly higher than those in lymph node metastasis negative group, and difference was statistically significant(P<0.01), while they were not correlated with gender, age, tumor location, tumor size, degree of differentiation and depth of invasion(P>0.05). There was significant correlation between the protein expressions of VEGF and c-Met(C=0.204, P<0.01). Conclusion High expressions of VEGF and c-Met in colorectal adenocarcinoma may play an important role in lymph node metastasis. Positive correlation of VEGF and c-Met protein expressions in colorectal adenocarcinoma suggests a synergistic effect between them, and VEGF and c-Met can be used as indicators to judge the biological behaviors of colorectal adenocarcinoma.
