MCM-36分子筛的快速合成

摘要 以四甲基铵硅酸盐为柱化剂在超声条件下合成了MCM-36分子筛,并对产品进行了表征.结果表明,超声波的力学效应增加了固体颗粒间的碰撞频率和速率,加快了柱化剂的传质速度,显著缩短了合成时间.而且由于超声波的超声分散作用,合成的MCM-36分子筛内各层的层间距较均一.表征结果显示,合成的MCM-36具有很均匀的层状结构,层间距大约为4.8 nm,属于介孔分子筛.MCM-22(P)柱化成MCM-36后,其外表面积急剧增大,暴露在外表面的端硅羟基Si-OH数量急剧增多. The MCM-36 zeolite was synthesized under ultrasonic condition with tetramethylammonium silicate as the pillaring agent,and the products were characterized.The results show that the collision frequency and rate among solid particles are increased due to the mechanical effect of ultrasound,the mass transfer rate of the pillaring agent is accelerated,which significantly shortens the synthesis time of MCM-36 zeolite.Moreover,due to the ultrasonic dispersion effect,the interlayer distance of each layer in the synthesized MCM-36 zeolite is relatively uniform.The characterization results show that the synthesized MCM-36 zeolite has a very uniform layered structure with an interlayer distance of about 4.8 nm,which is a mesoporous zeolite.After MCM-22(P)was transformed into McM-36 zeolite by columnization,its outer surface area increases sharply,and the number of Silicon-terminated hydroxyl Si-OH exposed on the outer surface increases radically.
