《少林棍法阐宗》是明代武术家程宗猷撰写的一部武术典籍,是武术棍法研究的上源活水.习近平总书记倡导大力弘扬传统文化,让书写在古籍里的文字都鲜活起来.以《少林棍法阐宗》为研究对象,可以从典型技术与文化范式两个方面进行解读.程宗猷尚武学艺,著书立说才使棍术文化延续至今;选取《少林棍法阐宗》卷中五十五图中的代表性棍势,从正奇、实虚、高下、左右、刚柔几个方面,对比解读典型技术,使晦涩难懂的棍势注诀便于理解;其经世致用、注重传承的思想为习武者点亮明灯;其创建的武术势路并行,舞对合彀的体系模式,奠定了中国武术的基本框架,对后世影响深远.

Interpretation of Shaolin Cudgel,the source of Wushu cudgel research,is a Wushu classic written by Cheng Zongyou,a Wushu master in Ming Dynasty.General Secretary Xi Jinping has called for the promotion of traditional culture to bring life to ancient Chinese classics.Taking Interpretation of Shaolin Cudgel as the research object,the paper analyzes it from the aspects of typical techniques and cultural paradigm.Cheng Zongyou’s devotion to Wushu and his writings contribute to the continuation of cudgel culture to this day.In the aspects of orthodox and novelty,reality and virtuality,highness and lowness,left and right,hardness and softness,the paper makes a comparative study of typical techniques of the representative cudgels from the 55 pictures in the second volume,so as to make the obscure notes on cudgels easy to understand.Cheng Zongyou’s ideas of humanistic pragmaticism and inheritance-orientation have enlightened generations of Wushu practitioners.Its paradigm,the coordination of Wushu moves and routines,and the combination of fighting and training,has established the basic framework of Chinese Wushu and exerted a far-reaching influence on later generations.
