摘要
以食品发酵加工及检测技术课程教学为主要关注点,探讨食品专业知识与技能教学与课程思政育人有机融合的重要性和必要性;从第一课堂教学和第二课堂实践两个层面精准切入,提出切实可行的措施和实践途径,通过食品发酵加工及检测技术课程思政的改革与实践,实现课程教学和课程育人目标.
Focusing on curriculum teaching of food fermentation processing and detection technology,this paper discuss the importance and necessity of the organic integration of teaching professional knowledge and skill and ideological and political education.From the perspective of teaching both in class teaching and after class practice,feasible measures are provided to achieve goals of curriculum teaching and cultivation of students.
