浅表超声诊断乳腺微小钙化的临床价值研究

Clinical value of superficial ultrasonography in diagnosis of breast microcalcification

目的:探讨浅表超声诊断乳腺微小钙化的临床应用价值。方法:选取2021年5月—12月于广州市天河区石牌街社区卫生服务中心进行检查的乳腺微小钙化患者100例,所有患者均接受浅表超声与病理诊断,分析比较两种检查结果,判断浅表超声诊断乳腺微小钙化的可行性。结果:100例患者经病理诊断有76例良性肿瘤,24例恶性肿瘤;浅表超声诊断有77例良性肿瘤,23例恶性肿瘤,浅表超声诊断灵敏度(91.67%)、特异度(98.68%)、准确率(97.00%)与病理结果比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。浅表超声诊断良性和恶性病变的钙化数量与大小均存在显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:在临床上对患者进行浅表超声诊断,可以明确疾病情况,提高疾病诊断准确率,为医生对疾病鉴别诊断提供可靠依据,利于后续的整体治疗。

Objective To study the clinical value of superficial ultrasonography in diagnosis of breast microcalcification.Methods A total of 100 patients with breast microcalcification examined in Shipai Street Community Health Service Center,Tianhe District,Guangzhou from May 2021 to December 2021 were selected.All patients received superficial ultrasound and pathological diagnosis.The results of the two examinations were analyzed and compared to judge the feasibility of superficial ultrasound in the diagnosis of breast microcalcification.Results Among the 100 patients,76 were benign tumors and 24 were malignant tumors by pathological diagnosis.There were 77 benign tumors and 23 malignant tumors diagnosed by superficial ultrasound,and there were no significant differences in sensitivity(91.67%),specificity(98.68%) and accuracy(97.00%) between superficial ultrasound and pathological diagnosis results(P> 0.05).There were significant differences in the number and size of calcification between benign and malignant lesions(P <0.05).Conclusion Clinical superficial ultrasound diagnosis of patients can clarify the disease situation,improve the accuracy of disease diagnosis,provide a reliable basis for the differential diagnosis of the disease for doctors,and facilitate the subsequent overall treatment.
