孕中晚期女性营养知信行现状及影响因素分析

Analysis on the status quo and affecting elements of nutrition knowledge and practice in middle and late pregnancy

目的调查孕中晚期女性的营养知识、态度以及健康行为(KAP)现状,分析其影响因素。方法对2021年3月—5月在泸州市某三甲医院进行孕期检查的373例孕中晚期孕妇进行孕期营养知信行问卷调查。结果孕妇营养KAP总分为(31.08±4.92)分,及格率为70.0%,孕妇营养KAP水平与文化程度和孕周呈正相关。结论孕妇营养认知行水平处于中等偏下水平,需要进一步推广宣传孕期营养知识以及倡导良好的膳食行为,均衡饮食,改变传统的膳食理念,促进顺利生产以及胎儿的健康发育。

Objective To investigate the status of nutrition knowledge,attitude and health behavior(KAP)of pregnant women during pregnancy,and to analyze the affecting elements.Methods a questionnaire survey was conducted on 373 pregnant women who underwent pregnancy examination in the affiliated hospital of southwest medical university in Luzhou city from march to May 2021.excel was used for data entry and SPSS 21.0 was used for data analysis to analyze the factors affecting the nutritional cognition of pregnant women.Results The total score of nutrition KAP of pregnant women was(31.08±4.92),and the passing rate was only 70.0%.There was a positive correlation between nutrition KAP level of pregnant women and education level and gestational age.Conclusion The level of nutrition cognition in pregnant women is below the middle level.It is necessary to further promote nutrition knowledge and eating behavior during pregnancy,and guide pregnant women and their families to make reasonable nutrition plans according to the nutritional status of pregnant women.Balanced diet,change the traditional dietary concept,promote the pregnant woman's smooth production and the healthy development of the fetus.
