老年精神病患者应用个体化护理的效果研究

Comparison of the effect of individualized nursing and conventional nursing in the nursing of elderly mental patients

目的研究个体化护理在老年精神病患者中的价值。方法将126例老年精神病患者以入院时间分为2组,每组63例。一组为对照组,应用常规护理;一组为观察组,实施个体化护理。观察对比2组的护理质量及日常生活能力,护理前后的精神病症状评分与生活质量。结果观察组在安全护理、病房管理、感染控制、基础护理及护理文化水平方面的护理质量评分指标高于对照组,差异存在显著性(P<0.05)。观察组护理后的洗漱、如厕、穿衣、进食和活动等各项日常生活能力评分指标高于对照组,差异存在显著性(P<0.05)。观察组护理后的BPRS评分、生活质量评分均高于对照组,差异存在显著性(P<0.05)。结论老年精神病患者应用个体化护理的效果优于常规护理,能提升护理质量,增强日常生活能力,促进精神病症状改善和生活质量提升,值得推广。

Objective To study the value and effect of personalized nursing and conventional nursing in the nursing of elderly mental patients.Methods 126 elderly patients with mental illness were divided into two groups according to the time of admission,with 63 cases in each group.One group is the control group,applying routine care;the other group is the observation group,applying personalized care.Observe and compare the quality of care and daily living ability of the two groups;compare the psychiatric disorder score(BPRS)and quality of life of the two groups before and after nursing.Results The observation group's nursing quality scores in terms of safety nursing,ward management,infection control,basic nursing and nursing education level were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The scoring indexes of daily living ability of the observation group after nursing,such as washing,going to the toilet,dressing,eating,and activities were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The BPRS score and quality of life score of the observation group after nursing were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of applying personalized nursing in the nursing of elderly mental patients is better than that of conventional nursing.It can improve the quality of nursing,enhance the ability of daily living of patients,and promote the improvement of mental illness and quality of life of patients.It is worthy of implementation.
