我国专利发展质量与空间耦合度分析

Analysis on the Quality and Spatial Coupling Degree of Patent Development of China

知识产权强国建设需要高质量引领,深度了解专利发展现状是实现知识产权高质量发展的基础。本研究利用2020年31个省级行政区的专利指数,构建专利发展评价指标体系,运用加权主成分分析法和聚类分析来测度专利发展质量及其空间关系,结果表明专利发展质量在空间明显表现出由东南向西北逐渐降低的局面,这与我国区域经济发展水平特征存在一致性。除北京、广东、浙江、江苏等少数经济发达地区外,大多数省份专利发展水平较低,针对上述情况,文章给出了建议和措施。

The construction of a strong intellectual property country requires high-quality leadership,and an in-depth understanding of the current status of patent development is the basis for achieving high-quality intellectual property development. This study uses the patent index of 31 provincial-level administrative regions in 2020 to construct a patent development evaluation index system, and uses weighted principal component analysis and cluster analysis to measure the level of patent development and its spatial relationship. The results show that the quality of patent development is obvious in space. It shows a situation of gradually decreasing from southeast to northwest, which is consistent with the characteristics of Chinese regional economic development level. Except for a few economically developed regions such as Beijing, Guangdong, Zhejiang, and Jiangsu, most of the provinces have a low level of patent development.In view of the above situation, the article gives suggestions and measures.
