自然资源三维立体“一张图”建设是自然资源部网络安全与信息化工作的明确要求,通过统一的国土空间基础信息平台加强三维立体可视化与分析应用功能建设,形成统一、高效、互联互通的自然资源管理、应用和共享服务机制,为自然资源管理与决策提供重要的支撑和保障,实现自然资源管理与服务的精准化和高效化。本文从研究背景、建设目标、总体框架、主要建设内容、建设模式、主要进展等方面概要介绍了自然资源三维立体“一张图”的建设思路和相关内容。

Building a three-dimensional"one map"of natural resources is a clear requirement for the network security and informatization work of the Ministry of Natural Resources.Through a unified land and space basic information platform,building a three-dimensional"one map"of natural resources can strengthen the construction of three-dimensional visualization and analysis application functions,and form a unified,efficient and interconnected natural resources management,application and sharing service mechanism,provide important support and guarantee for natural resources management and decision-making,and realize the accuracy and efficiency of natural resources management and services.This paper briefly introduces the construction ideas and related contents of threedimensional"one map"of natural resources from the aspects of research background,construction objectives,overall framework,main construction contents,construction mode and main progress.
