面向智慧城市的城市信息模型平台建设初探——以中新天津生态城为例

Preliminary discussion on the construction of city information model platform for smart city—a case study of Sino-Singapore Eco-city

城市信息模型(CIM)在智慧城市建设框架中发挥着越来越重要的作用。本文从CIM的定义和内涵出发,阐释了CIM与智慧城市的关系;以系列指导文件为建设依据,重点探讨了智慧城市建设中的CIM平台建设重点,并结合在中新天津生态城的CIM平台建设实践,从标准规范、三维底板中心、数据治理、可视化引擎、查询分析与模拟、运维管理等方面对CIM基础平台的架构和建设内容进行了总结。结合智慧城市“CIM+应用”建设,全面介绍了CIM平台如何服务智慧建设,并对CIM平台未来更好地服务智慧城市建设进行了展望。

City Information Model(CIM)plays an increasingly important role in the framework of smart city construction.Starting from the definition and connotation of CIM,this paper explains the relationship between CIM and smart city.Based on the series guidance documents of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development,this paper focuses on the key points of CIM platform construction in the construction of smart city.Combined with the construction practice of CIM platform in Sino-Singapore Eco-city,this paper summarizes the architecture and construction contents of CIM basic platform from the aspects of standard specification,threedimensional bottom center,data governance,visualization engine,query analysis and simulation,operation and maintenance management.And combined with the construction of"CIM+application"in smart city,this paper comprehensively introduces how CIM platform serves the construction of smart city,and looks forward to the better service of CIM platform to the construction of smart city in the future.
