省级全域三维空间数据库建设及应用——以广东省为例

Construction and application of provincial 3D spatial database--a case study of Guangdong province

为推进实景三维中国建设,支撑自然资源高水平保护与高效率利用,广东省率先开展省级全域三维空间数据库建设。本文针对全省空天地网数据的海量多源异构特性,研究基于自主可控的空间信息技术,提出了构建数据资源目录体系;以全省高精度地形三维模型为基底,全面对接自然资源专题数据,按照多源数据的特性,制定差异化的省级全域三维空间数据库建设技术路线;开展了基于云计算的数据管理及系统设计;研究了三维模型融合衔接、动态单体化、渲染加速、注记动态布局等关键技术,并在广东省进行了应用实践,对自然资源系统三维立体时空数据库研究和建设具有一定的参考借鉴意义。

In order to promote the national 3D real scene construction and support the high-level protection and efficient utilization of natural resources,Guangdong province has taken the lead in setting up the provincial 3D spatial database.This paper studies autonomous and controllable spatial information technology and puts forward the construction of data resources directory system based on the multi-source isomerous characteristics of numerous spatial land data;connects the natural resources thematic data based on the high-precision 3D terrain model of the whole province and formulates differentiated provinical 3D spatial database construction technical route;develops the data management and system design based on cloud computing;studies key technologies such as 3D model fusion and connection,dynamic monomer,rendering acceleration and annotation dynamic layout which have been applied in Guangdong province.This paper has certain reference significance for the research and construction of natural resources 3D spatio-temporal database.
