我国已进入自然资源统一管理新时代,自然资源管理体制实现从微观管理到宏观管理、从分类管理到统筹管理的转型,自然资源统一管理对信息化测绘的提出了新的需求。提出了多级动态一体化同步更新技术,实现了自然资源信息时空数据库要素级时空数据动态更新;采用基于BI的智能化服务技术,综合实现了自然资源时空信息转换与信息映射算法及其智能化服务。

In the new era of integrated management of natural resources,the natural resource management system has realized the transformation from micro-management to macro-management,from classified management to overall management.The unified management of natural resources puts forward new demands for information-based surveying and mapping.The multi-level dynamic integration synchronous updating technology is proposed to realize the dynamic updating of spatiotemporal data of natural resource information spatiotemporal database;The intelligent service technology based on BI is adopted to comprehensively realize the algorithm for spatiotemporal information transformation and information mapping and the intelligent service on natural resources.
