摘要
百姓对不同医疗资源的需求不断增加,探索专科类型医院的分布特点及其影响因素对制定合理的医疗卫生政策至关重要。本文根据2019年统计年鉴选取了290个地级市对其进行了Moran′s Ⅰ分析,发现专科医院具有显著的自相关特征,进行了冷热点分析,发现多类医疗资源向华北地区倾斜,而西部地区处于劣势,并使用了地理加权回归分析其影响因素,发现各类型影响因素具有明显的地区分异特征,从而为优化调整我国专科医院的区域布局提供参考依据。
People′s demand for different medical resources is increasing,so that it is very important to explore the distribution characteristics and influencing factors of specialized hospitals for the designation of reasonable medical and health policies.Firstly,according to the Chinese cities′statistical yearbook 2019,this paper selected 290 prefecture level cities for Moran′s Ⅰ′s analysis.And the results showed that the specialized hospitals had significant auto-correlation characteristics.Then we employed the Getis-Ord Gi^(*)to analysis the aggregation of the hospitals,and the results showed that their hot spots are in North China and their cold spots are in the West.Finally,we used GWR to analyze the influencing factors of spatial distribution and reflected that each influencing factor has obvious spatial differentiation.So that it could provide reference for optimizing regional planning for specialized hospitals.
