为深入贯彻“放管服”的改革要求,增强公众幸福感和获得感,结合“互联网+政务服务”改革,利用GIS、移动互联和云计算等技术,以不动产登记线上线下融合、随时随地网办为核心目标,提出构建不动产“一网通办”便民服务平台建设。文本详细介绍平台建设的体系框架、数据库和功能等设计,实现了全业务覆盖的“互联网+不动产登记”新模式,提升了不动产登记高服务和便利性。

To carry out the reform of"streamlining administration and decentralizing powers,combining decentralization with appropriate control,and optimizing services"requirement,strengthening the public well-being and the acquisition,combined with the"Internet+E-Government Service"government reform,this paper uses GIS,mobile internet and cloud computing technology,with real estate registration online,anytime,anywhere network services as the core target,puts forward building real estate"Integrated Online Platform"convenience service platform construction.The paper introduces in details the system framework,database and function design of the platform construction,realizes the new mode of"Internet+Real Estate Registration"with full service coverage,and improves the service and convenience of real estate registration.
