基于移动GIS的园林绿化巡查管理系统设计与实现

Design and Implementation of Landscape Patrol Management System Based on Mobile GIS

为了实现城市园林绿化违法案件巡查管理的信息化、规范化以及精细化,提出了一套基于移动GIS搭建园林绿化巡查管理系统的建设方案。本文利用先进技术,探讨了园林绿化违法事件巡查管理流程,通过整合园林绿化巡查执法、违法案件等数据,构建了园林绿化巡查管理数据库,开发了移动GIS园林绿化巡查管理系统,实现了PC端的园林绿化数据展示、查询和统计,违法案件全过程巡查管理和移动端的园林绿化动态巡查执法等功能,有效地提高了园林绿化巡查管理水平。

In order to realize the informatization,standardization and refinement of the patrol management of urban landscaping illegal cases,a construction scheme of the patrol management system of landscaping based on mobile GIS was put forward.Using advanced technology,this paper discusses the botanical garden afforestation illegal events patrol management process,through the integration of landscape tour law enforcement,illegal case data,builds the landscaping patrol management database,and develops mobile GIS landscaping patrol management system.It has realized the PC landscaping data display,query and statistics,the whole process of illegal case patrol management and dynamic landscaping patrol and law enforcement functions of mobile terminal and effectively improves the management level of landscaping patrol management.
