By analyzing the construction of Shanghai hydrographic elevation datum control and the integration of Shanghai hydrologic station network into Shanghai leveling network,this paper sorts out the shortcomings of previous technical measures,this paper expounds the consideration of improving the accuracy and stability of the hydrologic elevation datum and the design of the technical route.
