摘要 文章根据纯电动汽车平台载荷大的特点,提出了适用于纯电动汽车平台的电动助力转向系统的齿条力要求,在介绍了单小齿轮电动助力转向系统的助力传递路径后,引入了单小齿轮电动助力转向系统的助力电机的选型和校核方法。根据纯电动汽车平台具有短前悬的布置特点以及转向管柱的设计要求,确定了转向管柱的布置方案,并阐述了3对十字轴承对转向系统转速波动的影响及要求。最后,利用测力方向盘测量整车上驾驶员的输入力矩,证明该套电动助力转向系统可以很好地满足车辆的转向助力需求。 According to the characteristics of the heavy load of the pure BEV platform,the requirement of rack force for the electric powered steering system is put forward.After introducing the power transmission path of the SP-EPS,and the selection and verification method of power assist motor of single pinion electric power steering system is introduced.According the layout characteristics of the pure BEV platform and the design requirement of the steering column,the layout plan of the steering column is determined,and the influence and requirements of three crossed bearings on the rotation speed fluctuation of the steering system are expounded.Finally,the dynamometer of steering wheel is used to measure the driver's input torque on the vehicle,which proves that the SP-EPS can well meet the steering assistance requirements of the vehicle.
