摘要
用碳纤维复合材料取代传统的铝合金材料制造了一件高精度、轻量化的碳纤维复合材料结构设计验证模型车门。分别以材料的成型工艺和机加工技术两个方向为突破点,在考虑成本、周期和精度的情况下较大程度地降低了结构设计验证模型车门的重量。与传统的铝合金结构设计验证模型车门相比,碳纤维复合材料结构设计验证模型车门的重量仅为铝合金车门的三分之一,解决了铝合金结构设计验证模型车门易变形和操作不便的问题。
A high precision and light weight design check model door of carbon fiber reinforced plastics is manufactured instead of using aluminum alloy.In consideration of the forming process and machining technology as the breakthrough,the weight of design check model door is reduced largely by considering the cost,the manufacturing cycle and the precision.Compared with traditional aluminum alloy design check model door,the weight of carbon fiber reinforced plastics door is only one third of aluminum alloy door.The problems of easy deformation and inconvenient operation of the door are solved.
