摘要
为了进一步探究组织结构与企业战略的匹配问题,结合大数据时代下不同组织结构的内涵与特征,分析企业战略与组织结构的关系,并基于权变理论将不同类型的企业战略与适合的组织结构相匹配,确保企业在激烈的市场竞争中实现持续发展。
In order to further explore the matching problem of organizational structure and corporate strategy,an analysis was made of the relationship between corporate strategies and organizational structure on the basis of a discussion about the connotations and features of different organizational structures in the era of big data to match the strategies with proper organizational structure from the perspective of contingency approach for the sustainable development of corporates in fierce market competition.
