摘要 随着制造业的迅速发展,铣车复合机床通过一次装夹零件完成多种加工工序。通过在VMC850数控铣床上进行技术改造,在铣床基础上,研发车床换刀模块,能够完成铣车复合加工机床换刀。研发智能化多轴机床控制系统,实现铣车复合加工坐标系转换。转台分度装置能实现0~360度分度,实现铣削多方位加工;铣车一体化加工软件模块技术,实现高效高精目标;实现铣车复合动态加工。减少辅助时间,显著提高生产效率,同时还能极大缩短产品制造工艺链;装夹次数的减少,避免了由于定位基准转化而导致的误差积累,其加工精度有了大幅度的提升。 With the rapid development of the manufacturing industry,the composite milling machining tool is able to complete a variety of machining processes through one-time assembly and clamping parts.Through technical transformation on the VMC850 CNC milling machine,on the basis of the milling machine,the tool changing module of the lathe is developed to complete the tool changing process.An intelligent multi-axis machine tool control system is developed to realize the coordinate system conversion.The rotary table indexing device can achieve 0~360 degrees of indexing,achieving milling multi-directional machining;milling and machining integrated machining software module technology achieves high efficiency and high precision goal for composite dynamic machining.This has reduced auxiliary time,significantly improving production efficiency,and greatly shortening the product manufacturing process chain;The decrease of the number of clamps avoids the accumulation of errors due to the transformation of the positioning benchmark,and the machining accuracy has been greatly improved.
