复方甘草酸苷联合NB-UVB治疗白癜风的Meta分析

Compound Glycyrrhizin Combined With NB-UVB in the Treatment of Vitiligo:a Metaanalysis

目的:利用Meta分析系统评价复方甘草酸苷联合NB-UVB治疗白癜风的临床疗效。方法:检索数据库CBM、知网、万方、维普、Pubmed、Embase、Cochrane Library,检索出所有复方甘草酸苷联合NB-UVB治疗白癜风的RCT,检索日期从建库截止至2020年11月,对最终纳入的RCT提取数据,采用REvman5.3工具进行Meta分析。结果:最终纳入13个RCT,有白癜风患者1311例,结果显示:复方甘草酸苷联合NB-UVB与单用NB-UVB显效率比较:RR=1.37,P<0.00001,95%的可信区间为[1.23,1.53]。结论:复方甘草酸苷联合NB-UVB治疗白癜风较单用NB-UVB疗效更佳,且没有严重的不良反应,是一种安全有效的治疗方式。

Objective Meta-analysis was used to evaluate the effi cacy of glycyrrhizin combined with NB-UVB in the treatment of vitiligo.Methods CBM,CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,Pubmed,Embase,The Cochrane Library,were searched.All randomized controlled trials on glycyrrhizin combined with NB-UVB to treat vitiligo before October 31,2020,were retrieved.The data of fi nal RCT was extract.The meta-analysis was performed using Review manager 5.3 software.Results Thirteen review articles were retrieved,and 1311 patients satisfi ed the inclusion standard.Compared with the NB-UVB single-use group,the effi ciency rate of the combined treatment group was RR=1.37,P<0.00001,(95%CI,1.23 to1.53)Conclusion Compound glycyrrhizin combined with NB-UVB is more effective than the the single-use of NB-UVB in the treatment of vitiligo,with no serious adverse reactions,is a safe and eff ective treatment.
